To help reassure both buyers and sellers, renters, landlords and tenants we would like to outline the procedures that we will be following in line with official guidance to keep all parties safe on viewings and appointments.

Before any viewing or visit is confirmed we will check if any party has had COVID-19 or shown symptoms, are shielding or clinically vulnerable, or are currently self-isolating.
Where possible we will ask current occupants to vacate their properties for the duration of the viewing.
Doors will be open and lights will be on before you arrive to to minimise your need to touch anything.
We ask you limit the number of applicants at any one viewing to a minimum.
It is expected of you to bring and wear a mask whilst viewing the property unless exempt.
Please keep a minimum of 2 metres apart from others.
You will be given the opportunity to sanitise your hands before entering a property.
*If you do not want to be handed any paperwork at the viewing, we are happy to email you brochures and any relevant property documents.
